SOS provide mental health and suicide support HELPLINE services to children & adults
Our phone support service has recently been re-aligned so that our volunteers are then when you most need them. We are available Friday to Monday inclusive between 8pm and midnight. Call us on 0300 1020 505 (standard rate calls) if you need to talk to someone with kindness and compassion.
We also operate online support sessions. Any planned will be listed on our events page.
Our face to face group meetings will re-commence in either late 2022 or early 2023
Out of hours: If there is an immediate risk to the life and/or safety of yourself or someone else, please dial or text 999.
Important Information: None of the services listed on our pages equate to an endorsement. You should do your own research to find the best support services for yourself, which may, or may not be listed on this page, thank you.
For the latest information on current Covid regulations, guidance and vaccine information, visit the NHS website
Remember, how we each stay safe is a personal choice and even if masks aren’t mandatory, if you feel safer wearing one, then you should be free to do this.
A face mask helps protect everyone from picking up and passing on some types of virus.
Regular hand washing for at least 20 seconds with soap is recommended
Even if there are no Covid restrictions or advisories in place, if it makes you feel safer to wear a mask and/or socially distance, then you are free to make this choice
A relaxed and confident you is a happier you! So make the choices that best suit you, whilst being aware of medical guidance that helps protect us all.
