Getting help for mental health concerns is an important step in improving your overall well-being. If you or someone you know is struggling with mental health or emotional issues in the United Kingdom, there are many resources available that can provide support, guidance, and treatment options.

We understand that seeking help can be difficult, which is why we offer a free phone support line for those in crisis. Our fully trained and security checked volunteers are available to take calls between 8pm and midnight every evening, and 4pm until midnight on Saturdays and Sundays. If you need immediate assistance outside of these hours, please call 999.

In addition to our phone support line, there are many other resources available locally throughout the United Kingdom, including helpline and chat services, local resources, and support groups. We will provide an overview of these resources on this page to help you find the right support for your needs.

It’s important to note that this list is not exhaustive, and that the right resources for finding help will depend on the individual’s specific needs and circumstances. Speaking with someone at our suicide helpline can assist you through an immediate crisis. Please see the number below.
