Community Project Volunteers

Community Project Volunteers

We are very excited at SOS as we look to support people in a different way, which will require a huge team effort, but will be greatly rewarding.

We’re looking for dynamic, pro-active and committed volunteers just like you to work on a ground breaking community project in 2022.  Got existing skills?  Great.  Want to develop new skills?  Here’s your opportunity

SOS Silence of Suicide will be expanding their services in 2022 to include local community services in Warwickshire initially, building on our theme of Compassion In Society and including the further dismantling of stigma, shame and silence that surrounds poor emotional health and suicide.

Our first project is designed to encourage heavy community interaction in a unique environment on the subject of emotional health, whilst educating and giving confidence.

This is a one off project which will require volunteer resources of all skillsets from January 2022 until September 2022.

The list of volunteers required will be updated regularly as planning progresses, so please do apply when you see something that is suited to you.

All successful volunteer applicants will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement as well as a non-disclosure document before coming on board.

We welcome interest from all ages and backgrounds.

Please complete our online application form and attach your CV.  Thank you.

We want to be gender equal, however individuals identify
Acquisition of resource volunteers will be responsible for the acquisition of human resources for various roles More information about all roles will be given once suitable volunteers have been identified and an NDA signed
The project, as it develops, will be roughly 50/50 online and face to face meetings in the Leamington Spa area. In the 2 months leading up to the end of the project, it will be 90 per cent face to face at a venue in Leamington Spa
