Mental Health Awareness Week, hosted by the mental health foundation, 2021 runs from 10-16 May and the theme this year is nature.
MHAW is a great time for starting and continuing conversations that help create awareness and reduce stigma and everyone can get involved.
Stigma can lead to feelings of oppression and isolation – when what we need to encourage are feelings of freedom of speech without judgement.
Leading up to MHAW, SOS are hosting an emotional health online chat to initiate those much needed conversations, so please register today. It’s free and confidential.
