Stress and anxiety are not new experiences, but has the number of people experiencing them, and the reasons why they are suffering, changed since the start of the pandemic?

For the latest statistical information, go to  https://www.ons.gov.uk/peoplepopulationandcommunity/wellbeing/articles/coronavirusandanxietygreatbritain/3april2020to10may2020   for accurate data before and during the pandemic.

If you feel you are suffering from stress and anxiety, you should always try and speak with your GP in the first instance.

There are other things you can do, and changes you can perhaps make, to help ease the feelings of stress and anxiety.  The Mental Health Foundation has some excellent resources and help guides.
