April is National Stress Awareness Month

Stress and anxiety are not new experiences, but has the number of people experiencing them, and the reasons why they are suffering, changed since the start of the pandemic?

If you feel you are suffering from stress and anxiety, you should always try and speak with your GP in the first instance.

There are other things you can do, and changes you can perhaps make, to help ease the feelings of stress and anxiety.  The Mental Health Foundation has some excellent resources and help guides.
