SOS are delighted to welcome Amy Christophers, an Award-Winning Social Media Influencer.

Originally from Cornwall, Amy has always had a huge interest in sports, especially football, as her grandad John Christophers founded Cornish Grassroots side Mawnan AFC, which she is still heavily involved with today; she is also a huge Chelsea FC fan.

Amy has been affected by suicide, losing people whilst growing up & she is desperate to try to help create awareness and conversation.
Amy wanted to help a smaller charity and SOS seems the perfect fit for us all as we keep working to eradicate shame, stigma and silence that sometimes prohibits conversations about mental health and suicide.
