For anyone who’s been affected by suicide or poor mental health, SOS are here to help
We know how lonely and isolated people can feel, and how you might be uncertain if you want to talk, or listen to others.
If you’re struggling with your mental health or have been affected by suicide, join us on the night and you’ll be free from judgement, stigma, shame & silence. It’s up to you whether you talk or just listen, there’s no pressure at all.
Tea and coffee will be provided and there is disabled access and toilets
If you are reading this and know someone who may benefit from a group discussion, please let them know – it may well help them get through another day.
Please only contact the centre if you need details about amenities, refreshments or disabled access. The centre are not responsible for taking bookings, so please contact SOS about this if you need any help.
SOS meetings are on the ground floor and the venue is directly next to a large car park.
If The Kenilworth Centre is too far for you to travel to, keep in mind that our mental health helpline is available to anyone who wants to talk about anything from poor emotional well-being to suicidal thoughts and actions. We welcome anyone who needs to talk; please contact us on: 0808 115 1505. Be sure to keep an eye on our events page to see if there are any upcoming events that may be better for you.
