SOS at Kenilworth Centre

Support groups can be a valuable resource for those who are struggling with mental health challenges. They offer a space where you can connect with others who are going through similar experiences, share advice and support, and find a sense of community.

In the UK, there are many different support groups available for a variety of mental health conditions. We’ve compiled a list of support groups that you can attend or information about how you can find local support groups in your area.

Please note that this is not an exhaustive list, and there may be other support groups available in your local area. You can also search for support groups through your GP or mental health service provider.
