Warning Signs...

It is important to be aware of the warning signs of someone who may be at risk of suicide. While not everyone will display any changes in behaviour or express their feelings, appearing perfectly normal, making it difficult for anyone to intervene. Some warning signs of suicide may include changes in behaviour, such as withdrawing from social activities or expressing feelings of hopelessness or despair. Other warning signs may include giving away possessions, talking about death or suicide, or engaging in risky behaviours.
