For anyone who wants to talk, or simply listen, please join us at this free event, for anyone touched by suicide or poor mental wellbeing.
You are welcome to join our safe, confidential space, which is free from judgement, shame or stigma. You have the opportunity to be with others who have similar experiences and losses to you.
Tea and coffee will be provided.
Join us on the night and you’ll be free from judgement, stigma, shame & silence. It’s up to you whether you talk or just listen, there’s no pressure at all.
If you are reading this and know someone who may benefit from a group discussion, please let them know – it may well help them get through another day.

SOS meetings are on the ground floor and the venue is directly next to a large car park.
