Details about our past event at BBC One Show, BBC One

As a run in to Mental Health Awareness Week 2024, which runs from 13 – 19 May, and the theme is ‘Movement: Moving more for our mental health’.  In its truest sense, the theme is about being active and how this can help improve mood, however, we are attaching another interpretation to the theme:

The theme is particularly relevant as SOS looks towards the official launch of its mobile wellbeing hubs at the end of May – mental health support on the move to come to you, making it more accessible than ever.

SOS has also started the annual event for those bereaved by suicide, with people moving and travelling far and wide to come together in understanding and shared experiences.

There is no doubt we are surging ahead and innovatively finding ways to offer support to those who most need it.  If you would like to help us continue our work, please consider donating or fundraising for us.

For any philanthropic individuals or organisations who wish to help us grow, please email us via contact@sossilenceofsuicide.org
