Rudo Nondo is a strategic programme and learning leader with 10 years leadership experience and expertise driving a global non -profit organisation with a Global Network spanning across 75 countries in 6 Regions.
She has experience in designing peer-to peer learning programmes translating complex issues into actionable strategies, mobilizing network members for shared transformative agendas; developing global governance structures, leadership development, and cross-cultural stakeholder engagement, developing and managing accelerator programmes, and large-scale learning frameworks across global networks.
Rudo brings a strong track record in operational restructuring, budget management, international facilitation, and knowledge transfer across global contexts.
Rudo is a Chevening Scholarship Alumnus and a Mandela Washington Fellow, and she holds a BA Hons Law with Business degree from the University of Brighton and a MA degree in Creative and Cultural Entrepreneurship from Goldsmiths University of London
