Lesley is best known for playing Dorien Green in the hit sitcom Birds of a Feather. Dorien Green became a national institute, watched during its peak by 23 million people .
She played the role of Miss Hannigan in Annie the musical, and was in the Calendar Girls musical.
A spot on GMTV for three years, & presenting Wish You Were Here, plus having a Rose named after her at the Chelsea Flower Show are some of Lesley’s other credentials.
She took part in Strictly Come Dancing back in 2016 partnering Anton du Beke.
Lesley appeared in BBC’s Pilgrimage: The Road To Rome, a pilgrimage from the Swiss Alps to Rome spending time with the Pope.
